Modscene is a family-owned business passionate about quality products that make a statement in landscape spaces.
Stemming from a family history of rotational moulding, Modscene was born when our founder was searching for high-quality luxury planters that were NZ Made. "We wanted something unique and different that stood out and made a statement, and we wanted it to be of exceptional quality." Modscene now offers that to all homeowners and designers alike.
INSPIRED BY A LEGACY
Our roots run deep. Back in 1995, grandad launched a successful rotational moulding business. In the original product lineup was a simple square planter. Remarkably, an original piece still sits at Modscene today—unfaded, uncracked, and as strong as ever.
Inspired by this legacy, we carry forward a tradition of craftsmanship, using the same durable techniques to create planters that make a statement and stand the test of time. Whether you're a homeowner or a designer, Modscene offers enduring quality. Designed in New Zealand, made for generations.

Vanessa Miller
Vanessa's true happy place is behind the lens, and she looks after Modscene's photography department. She loves to travel and visit many of our amazing projects all over the country, capturing the beauty of Modscene in images.
Brian Miller
Brian is a Co-Owner and CFO. He ensures the accounts are perfect and doesn't leave 10 cents out of place. In reality, he wears too many hats to list here!
