Shipping policy
Thank you for being a valued client! We endeavour to make every shipment enjoyable and have shipped thousands of items successfully across New Zealand.
Modscene will deliver your order via courier or freight company to your specified address entered at checkout. Deliveries are normally between 8.00 am – 5.00 pm on weekdays.
Deliveries to rural zones may incur an additional delivery charge. This is product and location-dependent, and it will be clear at the checkout if rural fees apply. If you live rurally, you can also have your order sent to your nearest Mainfreight depot for collection to avoid extra charges. Delivery charges are to ground level and easily accessible locations using a flat deck truck. We don't allow for positioning on-site, but this can be easily done by yourself due to the lightweight qualities of our products.
Once your order is placed and full payment has been made, we aim to dispatch your goods within seven days.
If your order is sent via track and trace courier, it must be signed for. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery. We seldom have damage occur in transport. However, if the order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.
Freight Acceptance Policy:
Carefully check the goods for any visible damage before signing for them.
Do not sign for the goods as in good order unless you are satisfied there is no damage.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product, please sign the consignment note with “Damaged” clearly marked.
Please be clear that once you sign to accept delivery of the product, you are accepting full ownership of that product in its current condition.
