It was a privilege to supply over 220 premium planters to AIA’s New Zealand head office fit-out in Smales Farm, Takapuna. This large-scale interior plantscaping project was part of a full workplace refurbishment designed by Jasmax to support a modern workforce.

With a strong focus on biophilic design and employee wellbeing, the refreshed interior required high-quality, durable planters to enhance both function and form. Modscene’s planters were selected to complement the natural aesthetic and meet the demands of a busy commercial space.

This amazing space has now achieved a Fitwel 2 Star Rating, marking the first project in New Zealand to receive this globally recognised healthy building certification. Fitwel measures how workplaces support the physical and mental wellbeing of occupants, and greenery plays a powerful role in that equation.

The plantscaping was installed by Ambius, transforming the workspace into a vibrant, green environment that promotes health, connection, and productivity.
