The new Care and Apartment building at Arvida Bethlehem Shores sits overlooking Tauranga’s inner harbour and forms a key addition to the lifestyle village, complementing the site’s existing architecturally designed villas.

Designed by JTB Architects, the 13,324m² facility includes 52 luxury apartments and a 60 bed care and specialist dementia unit, alongside shared amenities such as a café, lounge bar, hair salon, whānau rooms, craft spaces, and communal dining areas.

Modscene supplied the planters used throughout the interior spaces of the development. The planting design and installation was completed by GreenAir, who created a considered indoor planting scheme that introduces greenery throughout the shared spaces, adding warmth, softness and a calming natural element for residents and visitors.
