B:HIVE+ at Smales Farm sets a new benchmark for flexible workspace design, putting human wellbeing and environmental connection at its core. Designed by Jasmax, the interiors feature generous communal areas, light-filled spaces, and a carefully considered biophilic strategy that supports health, focus, and collaboration.

Working alongside Hire Plants to bring this vision to life, Modscene supplied 100 premium planters that support the vibrant greenery. Towering foliage, underplanting, and layered textures introduce a natural rhythm to the interior, enhancing mood and softening the architectural lines of this high-performance workplace. The result is a lush, green environment that feels both energising and restorative.
